BULLION: A Celebration of France

Experience an evening at Chef Bruno Davaillon’s Bullion exclusively for you and up to 60 of your guests.

The evening will begin with a cocktail reception in the mezzanine level bar and lounge with Champagne, signature cocktails, and passed hors d’oeuvres. With downtown Dallas as the backdrop, guests will enjoy the exquisite atmosphere with live music and a procured art collection featuring pieces by Jeff Elrod, Jean-Michel Othoniel, and Kathryn Andrews, to name a few.

A custom-designed seven-course meal, prepared by Chef Bruno and his team, will immerse your guests in a true French dining experience. Each course will be paired by the Bullion Sommelier, Andrew Schawel, with wines from some of the most prestigious Premier Crus, Châteaux, and Champagne houses of France. The evening will be a true celebration of France.
