Curated dinners by some of the city’s best chefs await you in the evenings. Enjoy a five-course seasonal tasting menu by Chef Donnie Masterton at The Restaurant, sourced from local and organic farms and ranchers; another five-course menu at Aperi by Chef Matteo Salas; and a lovely family-style sunset dinner al fresco at Luna Rooftop Tapas Bar at the Rosewood San Miguel de Allende.
