Passions run high in sport as in art. Both ignite curiosity and conversation while bringing together people from all walks of life. Unique to AT&T Stadium, art and sport work in concert to enhance every visitor’s experience.
The world-class Dallas Cowboys Art Collection was first established in 2009 when the team moved to their new stadium in Arlington, Texas. The collection now consists of 17 site-specific commissions along with 43 additional works that have been acquired during the last 8 years. Spanning all media of contemporary art, the collection also includes artists from around the globe. The collection will continue to evolve as the Dallas Cowboys headquarters moves into its new location at The Star in Frisco, Texas.
One of the most recent and beloved works in the collection is Ellsworth Kelly’s White Form, which was purchased at last year’s TWO x TWO for AIDS and Art. Some of the other works your group will enjoy on the tour include the magnificent outdoor sculpture Sky Mirror by Anish Kapoor; Jenny Holzer’s For Cowboys, an LED light and sound work on the world’s largest center hung video board; Olafur Eliasson’s Moving stars takes time, an indoor hanging sculptural installation; Jim Campbell’s LED lightbulb commission Exploded View (Cowboys); as well as works by Garth Weiser,
Wolfgang Tillmans, Gary Simmons, Alyson Shotz, Florian Maier-Aichen, Teresita Fernandez, Ricci Albenda, Franz Ackermann, and Doug Aitken, among others.
Your group of 10 guests will enjoy a VIP tour of the Dallas Cowboys Art Collection at AT&T Stadium followed by seated lunch in the Stadium Club. Conclude your experience with a fun group photo on the field at the 50-yard line and VIP gift bags for each guest.
